The apartment with stunning panoramic views located in the heart of the city, close to the old town and with bracing exchange of Sea and Mountain Air balcony! Nice views from both rooms. Nearby is Dolphinarium, Zoo, Central Park (6 May Park) and mainly all the other main amenities are within the walking distance. You need 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.
