Hello, we are Sylvain and Neva and “Living Caleta Beach” is the symbolic name of our holiday apartment. We would like you to come and fill it with life while we are not using it. The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

Es un espacio diáfano bellamente decorado y completamente equipado. Está situado en primera planta con ascesor y cuenta con una terraza amueblada de 20 m2 bajo los soportales del patio en planta baja. Es un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar y disfrutar de la paz y el silencio en un edificio histórico.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Spacious, modern apartments over 65 m², consisting of living-dining room with a large, comfortable sofa-bed, fully-equipped separate kitchen and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 1.80 m double bed and another with 1.35 m bed or bunk bed with two 90 cm beds. -Weekly cleaning is included in stays over 7 days. At the moment of check-out for shorter stays. An extra cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge.

Loft en antigua bodega con gran patio y claustro del siglo XIX, rehabilitada recientemente, situado solo a 5 minutos paseando del centro de Jerez de la Frontera. Conserva todo el encanto de la bodega original tanto en sus vigas de madera como en las paredes de piedras. Dispone también de porche y aparcamiento privado en la misma bodega. Maravilloso apartamento, junto al Parque Natural de los Turuños, en el centro de la Bahía de Cádiz, consta de un dormitorio con cama de 150 y un sofá cama, baño completo y cocina independiente, en urb. de lujo, playa a 100m. Hemos aumentado nuestras estrictas medidas de limpieza y desinfección. Piscina abierta desde el 20 de junio al 18 de septiembre. No se admiten mascota.
