Only 5 min out of Paihia town and the beach but your own private place with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The BBQ area with all day sun is a lovely private spot to end the day.

No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.
