There is one common sink that is right outside the bathroom door. Under the outdoor pergola is a great place to have your morning coffee or relax after a day at the beach. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

Relax in our well-appointed guesthouse, which has 2 bedrooms with luxurious high-quality cotton sheets and beautiful bedding (1 king & 1 queen). There is a quaint combo food-prep/sitting room with a fold-out queen couch. The shared property has a fishing pier over the water with large fishing lights.
