Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

A pretty, peaceful & convenient cottage located in Te Atatu South, West Auckland. 2 minute drive from the North Western motorway and 15-min drive from Auckland city and Auckland airport off peak. Ample parking available. Trust stadium and Waitakere Hospital a 5 min drive away. Enjoy sitting on the deck under the trees and unwind.
