You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. This home once started out as a Train Station in Madera Ca (Approx. 45 minutes away). My grandfather moved this house to Merced, CA in 1949. The house has many distinct and unique features. This is my childhood home that I grew up in with my parents. I've shared many special memories here with friends, family and loved ones and am happy to get the opportunity to share it with all of you so that the memories can continue.

Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
