L'immeuble a été construit en 2022. Il comprend un ascenseur, une salle de gym, un espace lounge. À partir de début juin, vous profiterez de la terrasse sur le toit au 12e étage avec une vue impressionnante de la ville, une piscine (jusqu'au 31 octobre), des espaces de détente, un foyer et des barbecues à votre disposition.
