Granite countertops, hardwood and new tile floors throughout. Private backyard. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, library, Sat. Market etc. and 12 minute walk (.6 miles) to Beaverton Transit Center MAX station (direct to downtown Portland). There are 2 queen beds, one in each bdrm. The couch also folds down.

A magical stroll through the woods leads to the suspension bridge. You won't believe you're only minutes from town. Wear appropriate shoes as it is a short 2-minute hike to the tree house. At times, it can get a little slick.

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Uniquely cozy with all the amenities of home but in a cottage up on Cooper Mt. Where you are surrounded by trees , feel the breezes, sunrise and sunset in the same day, and sometimes the wonderful wildlife around us. Birds in the sky , rabbits and sometimes deer, and yes our two friendly goats. Oh yes and the expansive midnight sky with the bright stars twinkling above or the big round moon shining down on you as you sit on the patio in the evening enjoying the night air.

Sunnyhill Heaven

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We have enjoyed renovating our 1949 house to include our fully furnished upstairs apartment with a private entrance. Our property is ½ acre. We have 26 raised beds in our organic garden and 60 chickens. We do have a rooster (his name is Chanticleer), but he only crows occasionally. If you are here during the growing season, we are happy to share some of our organic garden produce with you.
