A newly decorated annex with private entrance, ideal for short and longer stays, provides a welcoming open-plan space with a lounge/diner/kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and unlimited fast wifi. Bedroom: Double bed, small wardrobe, hairdryer, iron&board. The kitchenette: sink, hob, micro/combi, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, cups, plates, cutlery. Breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, and milk are provided. Bathroom: shower, w/c, hand basin, shaver/toothbrush socket, towels, and hand soap.

It's 10 minutes walk into town, close to restaurants, public transport, shops, cinema with easy road access to Cambridge, Bedford and the A1. You’ll love my place because it's comfortable and quiet but still close to all amenities.

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere in a peaceful and calm village. 30 mins cycle ride to Bedford, excellent location to go to the bi-annual River Festival. Short drive to Cardington Film Studio.

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.
