Der sehr große Balkon (ca. 3x7m) mit Westausrichtung hat einen hohen Freizeit-und Erholungswert, besonders am Abend. Unser Haus liegt idyllisch im Randgebiet eines gepflegten Lübbener Vororts. Lübben als Tor zum Ober- und Unterspreewald ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in beide Regionen. Der Gurkenradweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Als Hosts stehen wir euch mit dbzgl. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Bäckerei im historischen Fischerkietz. Der Straßenzug erinnert mit seinen denkmalgeschützen Häusern an eine Dorfstraße aus der Jahrhundertwende. Die Schlossinsel wie auch die Altstadt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Im Sommer kann man im Flußbad oder im Müggelsee schwimmen. Der Flughafen BER ist in 45 min mit Bus (162/164) und S-Bahn (45/9) erreichbar. Wer Städtetrip und Entspannung verbinden möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.
