Enjoy a stunning view of lake Erie from both bedrooms or through the 14 ft glass wall in the living room. The kitchen boasts all new appliances, quartz countertops and all of the cooking supplies needed. The house is located in between two public beaches and offers its own access into the lake. Not suitable for swimming ,free launch 3 mins up the road. 7-10 mins to LSC from our 130 feet of dock & electricity ,5 mins to Lighthouse Cove by car , popular Musky and Bass fishing . 5 mins to 401 , Groceries, LCBO ,C Tire . 40 mins to Pelee Island Ferry or 40 mins to Point Pelee National Park , wine country .ABSOLUTELY No smoking, Vaping inside but OK outside
