This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. The home is in a peaceful location that is still just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nashville and all of its fantastic shops and restaurants. There are also exceptional breweries and coffee shops nearby as well for a taste of local living. A vehicle or Uber is the best way to travel in Nashville.

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Cozy Nashville Attic Apartment

Welcome to our cozy attic studio in the heart of Nashville! We are in a great area with good restaurants and shopping nearby, and we are just minutes from downtown. We live on the main floor below the attic unit, but it has its own entrance and is completely separate. You should expect some noise from our family and dog, but you can expect privacy as well. Since we live on site, you can also expect quick assistance with any need you have during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can!

You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging.
