This new apartment has been designed to include modern comforts with a Nashville twist. Hang out in the open living area on the long leather chair and admire the diverse wall art from classic posters to playful illustrations. We like to entertain in the backyard, so if there is an event going on, we welcome our guests to join us. We are available during your stay, but will be hands off unless you need us. Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Horseshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, both of which feature luxurious towel warmers.

It is 15 minutes to downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities; 5 minutes to the Warren Parks, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Belle Meade Plantation; 5 minutes to I-40; great views, restaurants and dining! You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
