The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

One-bedroom guesthouse with a private entrance, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, laundry room, & bedroom which has a desk, king size bed, & spacious closet. A pack n play & a twin mattress are also available. We allow guests to enjoy our breezeway porch that has an outdoor fireplace & a view into the wooded backyard that extends for 12 acres. We are a four minute drive from our quaint Van Alstyne downtown, one hour from DFW airport, & near several wedding venues. EXCELLENT option for long-term stays!
