Traditional 2 bedroom end terraced fishing cottage overlooking the magnificent sandy beach of Gorleston on Sea. With an extensive 2 mile long safe promenade for dog walking / cycling/ running or purely ambling. Surrounded by numerous eateries - every taste is catered for from quirky to traditional. Morrisons supermarket and a high Street with cinema/library/ banks etc are 10 mins walk away. The centres of Yarmouth and Norwich are a short drive as are the renowned Norfolk Broads.

Tranquil Pines (plot 77) is a beautiful modern three bedroom caravan with homely interior, wrap around decking with outdoor furniture, double glazing, full central heating. Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach. Village has 2 pubs serving food, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway and a local Asda and garage.
