Bembridge is a lovely coastal village on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight, surrounded by beaches a quirky harbour with working fishing boats. The village has a real sense of community with a village hall for events, a butchers, bakers, fishmongers, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Bembridge RNLI Lifeboat reinforces the respect the village has for its history.

Heyvon is in an enviable location on Bembridge Harbour overlooking the bay and St Helens Duver. An ideal resting place to take in fantastic views and dine alfresco if the mood takes you! Either way there are plenty of things to do locally such as the beach just a short walk to the end of the road, visit the village 10 mins walk away or plenty of walks to take in the views. Unique English Heritage Escape in *Bembridge* IOW

'The Annexe' forms part of the main residence built on the old parade ground of Steyne Wood Battery. The Battery was built on the eastern coastline of the Isle of Wight and became a scheduled monument in 2015, being one of the best surviving Victorian Batteries and, as such, all the bomb proof shelters, ammunition stores, gun positions and defensive structures in the surrounding grounds remain intact. The grounds around the property provide a peaceful escape in beautiful surrounds.
