The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Fantastic country home sitting with an incredible view that overlooks the red mountain. A quiet neighborhood, centrally located, just minutes from anywhere, wineries, boating and river rafting are all within a couple of miles. This home is newer, very clean and nicely furnished, master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second and third bedroom also have a queen bed, Washer and dryer in home. Everything provided for a comfortable stay, with outdoor table and small BBQ.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located retreat! Within 3-miles of mall, shopping, dining, and top wineries. Relax in the luxurious, spacious shower, lounge in the comfortable king-sized bed, or be productive at your own work station. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

Enjoy the tranquility! The Grain Bin Inn is located 15 miles north of Pasco, WA on an organic farm, featuring over 300 different crop varieties, from asparagus to zinnias! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is equipped with high speed WiFi, air condiitoning, and an in unit washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a luxurious queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and ample closet space. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers another cozy queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.

The Riesling Loft W Washer/Dryer

Attached apartment with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood on .5 acre. The kitchen includes basic amenities like a refrigerator, burner, microwave, and essentials. Guests will enjoy the french doors that open to a deck opening to a large back yard. This place is perfect for 2 people. **If you bring a dog please inform us beforehand. Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.

Executive home, family sized comfort, winery row!

There's room for everyone in this well appointed home! Master has a king bed, guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a twin over full, guest room 2 has a full/queen, and the secluded family room has a full sized pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.

South Richland Cottage

Tastefully decorated and fully stocked house. Located in a great central location with easy access to all points in the Tri-Cities and close to walking paths, hiking trails, Columbia River and wineries. Televisions with DirecTV service, DVR, and wi-fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Pots, pans, dishes, linens, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.
