Located 5 minutes off Exit 126 on Interstate 40, this cozy apartmen is only minutes from the TN River, Birdsong Marina, Nathan Bedford Forrest, and Natchez Trace State Park. This area is a known as Sportsman's paradise, and this property is designed with that in mind, with barnwood accents and a beautiful, large cedar countertop. Less than 20 minutes to Paris or 10 minutes to Big Sandy! Over an acre of shaded yard to enjoy! Also a 20 foot wide by 20 foot deep carport that has 10 foot high legs with 13 feet at the apex. The carport has a motion sensor light and electrical outlet available as well. Plenty of parking and room to turn around!
