Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essential cookware to make it easy to whip up meals.

Attached apartment with private entrance in a quiet neighborhood on .5 acre. The kitchen includes basic amenities like a refrigerator, burner, microwave, and essentials. Guests will enjoy the french doors that open to a deck opening to a large back yard. This place is perfect for 2 people. **If you bring a dog please inform us beforehand. Not doing so will result in a pet fee of $50. Also, please let us know if any accidents from pets.

Master has a king bed, guest room 1 has a bunk bed with a twin over full, guest room 2 has a full/queen, and the secluded family room has a full sized pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely patio with a nice view of Candy Mountain. The kitchen and adjoining BBQ patio are a convenient space to relax and prepare a nice meal.

Located in a great central location with easy access to all points in the Tri-Cities and close to walking paths, hiking trails, Columbia River and wineries. Televisions with DirecTV service, DVR, and wi-fi. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Pots, pans, dishes, linens, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.
