Escape to our mountain cabin in the heart of the Accursed Mountain, at 1830 m altitude, where contemporary design meets raw alpine nature. Ideally located for the Peaks of the Balkans (AL, KOS, MNG) and Via Dinarica trails, it offers year-round adventure. In summer, hike to Gjeravica in just three hours and explore pristine alpine lakes; in winter, the area is absolutely perfect for ski touring, with untouched terrain and stunning scenery. The UNESCO-listed Deçani Monastery is on your way up.

Apartments are settled on 2 km from city Berane. Very peacful place, great location for rest or longer staying.The interior is decorated with modern furniture, and also carefully selected decorative details.There is a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances, a comfortable living room, and a modern bathroom. Guests are provided with fast internet, air conditioning, washing mashine, and dishwasher. In special needs of the guests we can add garage for the car (add.fee +10€/night)

Under The ledge, a foot access only campground

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

Fireside Lodge

Welcome to the scenic middle of nowhere. Here, cows ignore fences, cats run the local mafia and poop is less of an accident, more of a feature. The neighbour’s dogs might pop by to judge your snack choices. Birds will wake you up, the views will calm you down.
