Dit nieuw modern verbouwde appartement is geschikt voor 2 personen. Zeer geschikt als rustige thuis werkplek Airco voorziening ! Het ligt in een van de mooiste straten van Alkmaar. Het centrum van Alkmaar is op 5 minuten loopafstand. De monumenten, grachten, winkels, musea en terrassen maken Alkmaar tot een sfeervolle stad. Op een halfuur van Amsterdam én een kwartier van het Noordzeestrand, per auto. Een mooie omgeving om fietsend te ontdekken. Het station 20min lopen van het appartement.

Heerlijke, ruime maisonnette met 2 slaapkamers op de 4e etage met uitzicht over de zee! Genoeg ruimte voor 6 personen op maar 80 m van het strand. Geniet van het heerlijke geluid van de zee op deze prachtige locatie. Het stapelbed kan idealiter niet gebruikt worden door volwassenen. Appartement is niet voorzien van een traphekje. Groepen zijn helaas niet toegestaan conform de huisregels van het appartementencomplex Let op, niet geschikt voor mindervaliden ivm de aanwezigheid van trappen!

This beautiful studio is located above the garage with a private entrance under the carport. The studio has a fairytale view of the mill and the fields behind the house. You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Op Het Span is het heerlijk! Je kijkt over de landerijen naar de duinen en de molen. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats en een eigen tuin. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om het uitzicht op de zonsondergang zoveel mogelijk te houden. Het appartement is geschikt voor vier personen en we vinden het leuk als je met kinderen komt. Die vinden het vast heerlijk om in de bedstee te slapen en in het speelhuisje te spelen.
