Die Küche is vollständig ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und Kühlschrank. Fussläufig gibt es diverse Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die U-Bahn ist 350 Meter entfernt und mit den Linien könnte ihr bequem zwischen Ost und West sowie Süd und Nord pendeln. Die vollständige Wohnung gehört euch, ihr habt den Schlüssel und damit absolute eurer eigenes Reich. Wann immer Ihr Hilfe benötigt, lasst es mich wissen, ich kenne mich in Berlin sehr gut aus. Mit Kreuzberg und Neukölln hat man hier die vielleicht spannendsten Ecken von Berlin direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die nächste U-Bahn-Station liegt nur 350 Meter entfernt. - ca. 350 Meter zum Kottbusser Tor mit U1 und U8 - ca. 400 Meter zum Görlitzer Bahnhof mit U1 - Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße und den umliegenden Blocks - Parken ist kostenlos Der Hinterhof ist sehr ruhig und ihr könnt nahezu geräuschlos schlafen. Die Ecke ist sehr lebendig, so dass ihr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung findet.

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.
