This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Das Hausboot liegt fest im Heimathafen der Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg und ist nur 7 Kilometer vom Alexanderplatz entfernt. Sie benötigen keinen Bootsschein, das das Hausboot nicht bewegt werden kann.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 5 Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 10 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt
