Enjoy amazing lake views in this two-story condo with access to the shores and islands of Lake Erie. Sunrise and sunset views. The condo has two areas for working remotely. We also offer a highchair, travel crib and two Roku TV’s. New furnace and A/C. New trundle bed upstairs. Green space includes Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows on the shore. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.
