The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best.
