Welcome to the Treehouse! No, it's not actually a house in a tree, but you get to enjoy the completely remodeled home thanks to the tree that fell through it! Need a place to relax for a few days? Maybe coming to visit friends/family but don’t want TOO much quality time with your loved ones? Come slip away to this cozy, beautifully remodeled home away from home. Dip into the pool (not heated), soak in the hotub , Or enjoy a night on the town via our recommendations provided upon your arrival.

Enjoy the beauty & relaxation that Caddo Lake has to offer at the Kingfisher Cabin. Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

Pelican Place on Caddo Lake (Boat Ramp & Kayaks)

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. (Use Kayaks at your own risk, Lifejackets are provided)

Relax in this private suite close to Shreveport

Modern farmhouse vibe-3 room suite. Mainly designed to host up to 3 guests luxuriously but can sleep up to 4. *see note* King bed in large main BR w/ sitting area, Roku/TV/DVD player. Large 2nd room with kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, micro, and Keurig), dining area and a small twin-sized futon. A 3rd room (small BR) with a twin sized bed (36” high). Privacy for each room. Key code/Stairs to entry.Right off I-20: easy access to Shreveport/Bossier. Country views/pond/deck. On site security.

The Red House on Cross Lake

This is a Cross Lake cabin that we renovated from an old catfish restaurant built in the early 1930's. We call it the RED HOUSE. There are three cabins on the property that we also use for visiting family and friends. We live on the property behind the houses and we all use the property and pier. Guest also have use of the pier/boat house. The house is at the end of the road on the lake. Although family also uses the property the cabin is quiet and private with a great view of the open lake.

DeeDee's B&B

Much more than an overnight stay, this is an experience. Come to the country to get away from it all. Enjoy the great outdoors in this quaint little cabin that allows outdoor relaxing under a fully covered porch. Catch a fish, roast a s'more or pet a goat. Golf cart available for touring around. Glamping at its best. Finally had to give in to technology and add WIFI for guests (free) and added a cell phone booster as well for better outside communication when needed. Pool is now available.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.

Caddo Lake Caboose - - waterfront w pier

The Caddo Caboose was used at the Longhorn Ammunition Plant in Karnack, Texas. When the Army shut the plant down thirty or so years ago, the Caddo Caboose was created with the car being made it into a unique weekend getaway. The Caboose is fully furnished 1 bedroom lodge with living, dining & bathroom areas as well as WiFi, Cable & DVD amenities. All you have to bring is the food you want to cook & your toiletries. A charcoal grill is provided on a private deck overlooking the water.
