The house has central Air condition/heater, free Wifi, 50” wall mounted TV with DirecTV, Apple-TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Easy access from the side of the house, through a very spacious well-lit walkway with outside sitting area and private keyless entrance (code provided by owner). Located on the westside of LA, Cheviot Hills is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Culver City. Within walking distance to the Metro, for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, USC, UCLA, and Downtown.
