The Baby Blue Cottage - Fixer Upper, Season 3

The Baby Blue Cottage, featured in Season 3 of Fixer Upper has a fun ecklectic vibe and so many unique design features. The house boasts an open concept kitchen, bonus sunroom/living space with daybed and an isolated master bedroom. Joanna’s design has been painstakingly recreated to closely match her original furnishings and feel. The house is on a quiet tree lined street, a short 7 minute drive to the Silos. Close to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, Cameron Park and Baylor University.

This home is perfect for you to relax and unwind after exploring everything Waco has to offer or if you would like to attend any of Baylor’s many functions. Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The Golden Bear’s Lair is close to everything! Five minutes from Baylor & McLane Stadium, less than 10 from Spice Village, Magnolia Silos, Cameron Park and the zoo. 3 minutes from Magnolia Table. Fenced yard and parking. This is the front unit, so when available, both units can be rented for two families or groups. Starbucks is 170 steps away. There is a communal backyard with a patio, grill, and fire pit. Both units have a UV system to help remove viruses, bacteria, and mold. Keypad entry.
