Our simple yet comfortable space includes a queen -size bed, dining table, mini fridge, microwave, and a private bathroom with a hot shower. WiFi is available to keep you connected throughout your stay. It’s a fully fenced and gated 2-acre property, offering privacy, safety, and plenty of open space. Centrally located in Moses Lake, our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home provides plenty of space for your travel/work needs. New floors, cabinets, appliances and more. Second bedroom has a dedicated office space, along with a twin trundle bed. Our large, fenced yard is great for pets. Extensive off-street parking for boats, campers, and trailers. Located 2 mins from the fairgrounds, 4 mins to cascade park, 12 mins to the golf course, and 45 minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater. We hope you love our home!

Fisherman’s Paradise on Moses Lake

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Step outside and you will see beautiful Moses Lake (no view from inside guest suite). This space comfortably sleeps 4 with kitchenette, outdoor BBQ, and 1 bath You have access to the dock (you will walk down a steep switchback paved hill). The space has a keypad entry. Rooms are separated by partition walls (They do not go all the way to the ceiling). Bedding is a queen , twin and futon. Lots of parking space for truck & boat on this acre property

Centrally located, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, our Desert Aire home is an open and comfortable 1350 square foot house located conveniently to the golf course, boat launch, and tennis courts. Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

The Depot House

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Come try out the country life in our cozy suite or use it as a centrally located home base for unlimited adventures across the state! This accessible 600-square-foot apartment is attached to our home but features a private entrance, self-check-in via keypad, a small, covered patio, and ample parking. Trailer parking available upon request.

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.

Centrally located on a quiet street, this house is 0.8 miles from Virginia Mason Memorial Hospital, 0.6 miles to Yakima Valley College and with access to the Yakima Airport. The house is quaint with back and front porches, shade trees, as well as a fenced back yard. Garage available upon request.
