The house is located close to downtown Tabaco City , 10-15 minutes walk or use a pedal tricycle to get to downtown and market. Public transportation in not a problem getting around in the vicinity. Family operated , a well gated private house. Uses solar powered for lighting so no brown out. Has a view on Mayon volcano on the 2nd floor deck and roof top deck . Lots of open space on the deck for morning exercise and stretching for fresh morning air.
