There are plenty of amenities on the estate which include a swimming pool, miniature golf (putt putt) course, tennis courts, squash courts and a club house. In addition there is a full coin operated laundry on the premises. If you are looking to for adventure, a beach experience or a quiet relaxing holiday, you've come to the right place. We are completely contactable throughout your stay and are only a phone call or email away. Walk or take a quick drive to the beach, malls, and golf courses. The is a bus stop towards Cape Town and a Melkbosstrand right outside the estate. In addition, taxis and Über are easily and readily available. Affordable car hire is also accessible. Cleaning and Linen Changes: Should your stay be longer then 5 days we will provide you with a linen and towel change should you require. Please be aware we are suffering a severe drought and would appreciate it if these linen changes are spread out as much is possible. Should you require a cleaning of the apartment, you can request this and a cleaner will be provided. This at an additional cost of R200 per clean. Linen change is at no cost.

The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The square in front of the house has ample free public parking available for cars. Uber is the quickest, most convenient and affordable way to get around. The nearest hop on, hop off bus stop is 150m from the house. For public transport the nearest MyCity bus stop is 400m from the house. Cleaning and laundry service is available by arrangement The area is most central to all of Cape Town, set amid very hip and historic spots. The neighborhood is home to a large number of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
