Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Ski Gore & Oak, Sauna & Walk to Speculator Village

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Gore Mountain Studio Retreat

Relax and refresh in our studio apartment after an exhilarating day on the slopes, whitewater rafting on the Hudson, or a less vigorous pursuit. This cozy hideaway, nestled in timber, feels a little like sleeping in a tree house. Located on a quiet and peaceful road with views of Gore Mountain and the Hudson River, it is 5 minutes to the base of Gore Mountain Ski Area and 3 minutes to downtown North Creek with restaurants and shopping. Your Adirondack adventure starts and ends here!

ADK Cedar Chalet is a 715 sq ft A-Frame cabin nestled on 6 acres in the Adirondack mountains. This cozy retreat is the perfect year-round destination for those looking for a private getaway. We are a 15 minute ride to Gore Ski Mountain, a 25 minute ride to Lake George, a 50 minute ride to Saratoga Springs and minutes from local hiking trails, fishing holes, maple syrup farms and more! ***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. 4x4 recommend Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. 2 bdrm ADK cabin 10 mins to GORE MTN

The "Mellow Moose" cabin is a quiet and peaceful retreat in the woods. Spend the day exploring the region or simply relax in nature. Afternoons are great for reading a book as the sun shines through the large living room windows. Relax on the screened in front porch for a quiet evening and a drink. Or enjoy a campfire and watch the sunset through the trees. Use this as your home base for a ski trip or take a trip to Schroon lake, Brant lake or Lake George. (Roughly 30mins)

3-Acre Cabin: Ski Gore Mt., Sauna, Pool Table

Enjoy a wooded Adirondack setting with all the amenities you need including a fully-stocked kitchen, rec room with pool table and sauna room. You'll have access to a scenic private beach. Gore Mountain is about 15 minutes away. Hiking trailheads are minutes away. The rustic Garnet Hill Lodge & Restaurant is up the road to enjoy lunch, dinner or their cocktail lounge. You can take a 12 minute ride to historic North Creek for restaurants, shopping and antiquing.

Romantic Getaway-Close to Bolton downtown

Unwind and recharge at this spacious, beautiful bungalow.. Take a 10 min stroll to downtown Bolton Landing! This cottage was lovingly finished with a beautiful gas fireplace, quartz countertops in the fully equipped kitchen, and barn wood accents for a luxurious yet rustic feel. Enjoy a cocktail while playing darts, ring toss and card games in the tiki hut. Bolton downtown shops, and restaurants are only a 2 min drive. Lake George village 20 min away.

Adirondack summer is just around the corner. Whether you come for the rafting or hiking, swimming or kayaking, you'll find endless outdoor adventure not far from the cabin door. In the evening, enjoy the comfort of the screened room or move outside to the campfire circle, watch the stars come out and listen for a local barred owl. Whatever you choose, you'll take home wonderful memories and enjoy excellent hospitality in the high peaks.

Sweet just built cabin with lovely mountain views offers great privacy. Elsewhere on our family compound, we offer an optional all-natural Japanese hot tub experience as well as a cedar Sauna experience. Walking trails throughout. Lovely architectural details, beautiful furnishings and wonderful location. In summer, we offer wood fired pizza (most but not all nights). Close to Gore and Garnet Hill for skiing.
