The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

The basement bedroom has two twin over double bunks. The kitchen includes a Viking range. A small dining room allows for family meals. SKI Big Sky AND Bridger! We are in between. Authentic remodeled farmhouse, super comfortable. Its on 21 acres surrounded by farmland. On a gravel dead end road. Very quiet. Star viewing! 12 miles to Bozeman and 30 to Big Sky. The 2 bedrooms (one queen and two singles) can be divided or used as one suite. A bedroom is wheelchair friendly. Surrounded by National Forest and all the hiking, ATVing, nordic/backcountry skiing you could want. Views of the granite cliffs of Storm Castle will greet you as you approach. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, at about the halfway point in the Gallatin Canyon between Big Sky and Bozeman.

Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom & private exterior entrance with keypad lock located on lower level of our home. The interior door in the main house is locked off. Queen bed, Roku TV, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and boot dryer. Big Sky town center is less than a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Big Sky Resort is a 10 minute drive up the hill. Biking and hiking trails are very nearby...there's even a trail from our backyard. We have a dog who is outside during the day.
