Little Pear Tree

Little Pear Tree is a detached 1 double bedroom bungalow style property with a large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area plus luxury shower room, fitted and furnished to a high standard. Within walking distance of pretty and popular Stock village with it's wealth of cosy pubs and well known restaurants. Little Pear Tree is a short drive from the wedding venues of Stockbrook, Crondon and Greenwoods, which makes it an ideal short term location for wedding parties, their family and friends.

The Little House

The Little House is a super-warm and cosy self-contained detached private space. Open-plan, kitchenette, comfy double bed, reclining sofa, digital TV and fast WiFi, with private ensuite bathroom. The Little House is very quiet and secluded, with its own private access from the road. It is perfect for relaxing or working without distractions. Central to a small estate of gardens, lawns, meadows and woods, the biggest distraction will be birdsong and squirrels jumping across the pea shingle!

'The Little House' - in the centre of Stock

'The Little House' ( my grandson's name for it it) is a hidden gem, tucked away in the centre of the lovely village of Stock. It is a detached, converted small barn with its own entrance, key box and allocated parking space in front. You'll find this accommodation light and airy and very private, decorated with a sailing theme throughout. There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

Secluded, new apartment with off-street parking

Welcome to a peaceful, secluded spot in Basildon. This one-bedroom flat, recently redesigned in the style of a luxurious boutique hotel. It boasts an equiped kitchen, harmonious bedroom suite, relaxing lounge with 43" TV, and a stylish dining area, ensuring memorable evenings. Step outside and you're meters away from Langdon Hills Nature Reserve. This flat is close to the town centre, hospital, and train station offering both convenience and a quick journey to London's vibrant heart.

The Pickers' Lodge

Based on the outskirts of Chelmsford this unique cabin sits on a working fruit farm. It offers a peaceful setting to work from or relax in which overlooks a small plum orchard. Just a short walk away you can pick up supplies from Lathcoats Farm Shop or use The Bee Shed Coffee House for breakfast or lunch. The Picker's Lodge offers a kettle, toaster, microwave and everything you need for something quick and easy in the evening or visit a local pub or restaurant, plenty to choose from!

Private studio with deck

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Self-contained 1 bed annexe in semi-rural location

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

Farmers cottage

Our eco friendly cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings.

Get closer to nature with a stay in our rural log cabin. Beautiful uninterrupted views, walks for miles through the countryside and all within a short train ride from London or 20 mins from the M25. Short walks to local pubs and restaurants, close to local wedding venues such as Crondon Park, Downham Hall and Stock Brook Manor, and a 5 min taxi ride from Billericay which has a lively nightlife.

Situated on its own private lake, you will have everything you need to enjoy a blissful retreat with award winning country pubs such as The Dog & Pickle only a walk away. Please note: 1. We are strictly a minimum of two night stays. 2. We can only accept infants under 6 months old. 3. There is no swimming or paddle boarding allowed in the lake.
