'The Edge' is situated in Binalong Bay, right in the heart of the stunning Bay of Fires conservation area on Tasmania's East coast. A quiet peaceful retreat, it sits right on the edge of the tranquil Grants lagoon and a lovely lagoon-side walk takes you to the beaches the area is famous for. The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. Fantastic spacious 5 bedroom beach house overlooking the ocean and is located on Main Road at Binalong Bay in the Bay of Fires. Not many houses in Binalong would be closer to the water or have better views! The house is across 3 floors and has multiple living spaces and a large kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone. Our guests always say it is perfectly located! Easy walk to beautiful secluded beaches, bush walks and rock pools and Meresta Restaurant. Over the road is Bay of Fires eco tours.

Dolphin Lookout has prime position perched above Binalong Bay, with sweeping views along the famous Bay of Fires coast. Surrounded by native bushes & birds, the view from all angles is simply stunning. With three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms you can fit up to three couples or a family comfortably. You will want to sit on the large deck with comfortable outdoor furniture all day, admiring the views. If you prefer being indoors, the same views are offered from all rooms of the house.

The beach house faces north to get all day sun and is very sheltered, there are two decks to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a refreshing drink.
