It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, with lots of choices of where to eat & drink. Fabulous walks incl. the Downs, riverside, and nearby the sea, forest & vineyard. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny walled garden. A permit is available for parking close by.

Sitting inside the Georgian walled garden, Folly Cottage sleeps four in a double room with an ensuite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living and dining area, the French doors lead to the terrace in the garden which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. You'll also have access to a smart TV, board games and plenty of local walks. The cottage is dog friendly with a £45 surcharge per pet.

Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.
