Situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of town with lots of pubs, shops and restaurants. Right on the Winchcombe Way and close to the Cotswold Way its ideal for walkers. Secure cycle storage is also available. Broadway, Stow-on-the Wold, Bourton-on-the -Water Cheltenham, Stratford and Oxford are all drivable

Ideal for the Cotswold Way and Cheltenham Spa, 4 minutes by car from the racecourse, and close to a good pub with hourly bus service between Winchcombe and Cheltenham. The annex is self-contained, with a front door and hallway. Dogs £25 supplement. Private parking. Note the lane has a 1 in 4 to 6 gradient and is bumpy.

It has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen and shower room, and open plan living room with double bed, dining and sofa areas. There is parking, a courtyard and a fenced orchard at the back. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury so perfect for exploring these towns. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays.

We are near the Cotswold Way, GWSR Steam Railway and Cheltenham Racecourse, and approx. 2 miles to the centre of Cheltenham - the heart of the Cotswolds.
