The annexe has its own entrance so you can come and go as you please without interruption, but please note it is adjoined to our family home and you may hear us from time to time. We transformed our large 70 sq. meter double garage into a stylish, open-plan studio apartment with a bleached oak hardwood floor. It is a fantastic, light, and relaxing space with 3-meter bifold doors with integrated blinds that fully open out onto a shared courtyard with our house. There are large electric Velux skylights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
