We're adjacent to the Kim Williams/Milwaukee Trail systems and just steps from Big Dipper, The Roxy, KettleHouse Brewing, Clyde Coffee, The Bridge Pizza, and much, much more. Welcome to Missoula!

Right off the Hip Strip and blocks from the Clark Fork trail, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath no threshold ground floor unit is perfect for concert weekends, campus visits, or quick hops downtown. Grab a pastry at La Petit, wander the riverfront, or cozy up on the couch with a local brew. Inside: fresh paint, fast WiFi, blackout shades, and a full kitchen with everything you need. The main bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a full size and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This guesthouse is located on 12 acres on the old Chief Joseph Ranch. Stunning views of the Sapphires to the east and the Bitterroots to the west. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to 2 small children. I will decline requests for more than 2 adults. Pets are welcome. The guesthouse is located above the separate garage. There is a sauna in the garage. Great flyfishing in 10 minutes, 30 mins to Lost Trail Ski area. Elk, deer and turkey usually present. Take it easy at a tranquil getaway.
