A public beach is located 4 miles from the condo.

Adventures, fishing, while manatees, dolphins, and other wildlife can be spotted near year-round. Sit by a fire and relax in Adirondack chairs, hammock or at a picnic table. Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad.

This location is centrally located between Homosassa and Crystal River and is a convenient drive to visit Three Sister's Springs in Crystal River or enjoy dining or boating along the Homosassa River. This studio home offers one queen size bed, a pull-out sofa, and small kitchenette (Park Grill in backyard). The pull-out sofa would be comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children.
