A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Wifi. A good place for couples and solo adventurers. Matfen hall and Vallum 5 miles or so away if you are coming to a wedding

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.

The Granary, Old Town Farm, Otterburn

The Granary is located on a working farm in the heart of Northumberland's International Dark Sky Park. It has kitchen/living area upstairs to make the most of the fabulous views. This cottage has access to a nearby EV car charger Changeover day for week- long stays is a Friday It is a perfect hideaway for two with a cosy log burning fire, original beams, real wood floors and a lovely flower-filled garden. Beaufront Hill Head

Built in 1780, this thick -walled cosy cottage has historic charm with modern comforts. South facing with stone walled garden, from which you can survey a spectacular view 20 miles deep and 35 miles wide over the Tyne valley. The cottage is at 700 feet above sea level and you feel you are on the roof of England. It is situated in a quiet rural location 2 miles from both Hexham and Corbridge and half an hour from Newcastle.
