Waterfront Haven Apartment

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

This flat is separate from the house, is cosy safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay in the area. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Perched over Kingston Beach, this beautiful, self-contained studio has fabulous views over Kingston Beach and the Tasman Peninsula. Absorb the sunrise from your king sized bed before exploring the sights of Hobart, a ten minute drive, or the various destinations in Southern Tasmania. The studio is attached to the host's home and although you will have complete privacy, we are on site if you need anything during your stay. Parking is available on site.

Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
