Due to HOA rules - the home is *NOT* suitable for contractors/commercial use (see "Other things to note/parking) visitors can walk or bike to local Hailey restaurants, cafés, and shops. Just 20 minutes drive to River Run ski Lodge, Sun Valley Resort, and Ketchum—your gateway to the Wood River Valley.

This luxury condo has top-of-the line furnishings, new king bed, spacious deck, full kitchen, in-unit W/D, parking and it’s steps from the bike path, the Wood River and Sun Valley gondola. It’s just a few blocks from town, with a pool (summer) /hot tub (non-summer) and direct Mountain Views. Secure parking. Service/emotional support animals welcome with a cleaning fee if needed. We can provide a roll away single bed for a linen fee.

Queen Bed & Couches lay flat to queen as well. Close to Twin Falls with many things to see and do. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theatre are all nearby. Snake River Canyon & Shoshone Falls just a hop skip and jump away.
