The Farmhouse

Welcome to The Farmhouse—a cozy, brand-new getaway designed for comfort and relaxation. This charming home boasts four spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, blending modern convenience with inviting warmth. Nestled in a peaceful setting, it offers the perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and solitude. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Penn State University and Beaver Stadium, it’s the ideal retreat for game days, weekend getaways, or simply unwinding in a serene atmosphere.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

"Lost Eden" Raystown Lake, mountain views, hot tub

Get "lost" to nature in this luxury house for two, located a 5 minute drive from Shy Beaver boat launch. Atop a meandering mountain road, this unique chalet has treetop views, a 30-foot-high living room, and a open bedroom with a king bed. Lots of natural light filters in from skylights and windows. A spiral staircase adjoins both decks. The lower level has a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall and patio furniture. A cable railing incloses the deck for an unobstructed view of nature.

Two miles from altoona airport, book a direct flight from philadelphia and rent a car for the perfect weekend away! This is a stylish one bedroom guesthouse with everything you need! Located beside the main house but with your own private entrance, we respect our guest's privacy for every stay!

Comfort and Convenience

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Little Stone Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Originally built as a carriage house in 1820 along with the adjoining stone home and a second stone building originally used as an out kitchen. This rustic cottage has been tastefully modernized and has a queen sized bed, full size refrigerator/freezer, gas range, large screen TV, heat pump that supplies air conditioning and heat, hot water shower

Modern Lake House at Raystown Lake

Modern 4BR/4BA cabin less than a mile from Shy Beaver boat launch at Raystown Lake. Surrounded by peaceful woods, this private home offers an open, contemporary design with space for family and friends. Enjoy an elevated deck with gas grill, a relaxing hot tub, and a cozy fire pit. Perfect for lake days, hiking, or unwinding in nature—your ideal retreat for relaxation and adventure.

Beaver Valley Creekside (Unit B)

Located on the border of Prince Gallitzin State Park. Directly next to the Glendale Association Soccer Fields and the Bollinger Trailhead which leads you directly to Glendale Lake. Short driving distance from all park facilities and the nearby towns of Coalport, Flinton and Patton. Multiple restaurants and gas stations within a few miles.

Creekside Cottage in the City

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cottage just blocks from Penn State Altoona. Several restaurants within one block, with local conveniences within walking distance! Yet, uniquely peaceful and even serene despite some traffic out front. Enjoy the sounds of the creek and crickets with Altoona's classic train whistles in the background.
