Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Private off road parking.

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Loades Cottage is a beautifully restored fisherman's cottage in the heart of the small North Norfolk coastal village of Blakeney. Sleeping 3 people in comfort, the cottage is attractively decorated and has a homely feel, whilst fully equipped for an easy self-catering holiday. The cottage has full central heating and a wood burning stove, plus a secluded courtyard with outside seating. Just 2 minutes' walk from Blakeney Quay, Loades Cottage makes an ideal base to explore North Norfolk.

Charming bedroom with super-king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large comfortable kitchen. Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. The hand-over will be contactless. We are ensuring that there is a two day gap between bookings to allow for a deep clean.
