Tawny Barn is a stunning barn conversion near Woodhall Spa in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside. It has a king-size bedroom and twin bedroom with 2 bathrooms. There is a hot tub, log burner and EV charger available. The enclosed garden includes a large patio and BBQ area. We welcome dogs and have amazing walks straight from the front door! Tawny Barn is attached to the 2-storey Buzzard Barn which can also be booked through Airbnb. At request we can add 2 further guests. Charge applies.

Elms House Cottage

Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Linwood

Linwood, converted in 2023/2024, is a former barn which has been sensitively transformed into a stunning standalone cottage which is perfect for couple retreats or getaways with family and friends. Its rural location offers countryside walks and surrounds you with nature. On a summers evening, look out for the resident barn owls delivering food for their chicks in the purpose-built barn owl box. Unwind in the spacious outdoor area which boasts a BBQ and pizza oven and enjoy the farm.

Granary Digby, Luxury rural cottage nr Lincoln

Luxury self-catering accommodation on the border of the Lincolnshire limestone heath and the Witham valley. Centrally located at the heart of rural Lincolnshire, and only a 12 mile drive from The city of Lincoln. The Granary is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character and the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.

The Old Surgery

The Old Surgery is a self-contained annexe in a quiet location, with its own garden, private parking and EV charging facility, fifteen minutes from the medieval city of Lincoln. The surgery is set in the grounds of our family home - a house lived in by generations of village doctors from 1890 until 2004 - with a narrow gauge railway and small private museum housing the Heywood Collection of Victorian steam locomotives and rolling stock, which guests are welcome to visit.
