Catlett Gap Historic Cabin/ATV Trails/Gun Range

A uniquely restored pet friendly log cabin which predates the civil war with modern upgrades, nestled in a valley about half way between Winchester VA. and Berkeley Springs WVA. Gun range, and ATV trails onsite! This two bedroom cabin can sleep up to 8 and tent camping is also possible. There is a couch and a cot. However there are no parties aloud. Rustic Cabin on Cacapon River for Private Getaway

Rustic, 100+ year old primitive mountain cabin in West Virginia along the Cacapon River. Beautifully restored with wood stove, loft, & screened in porch. Access to 214 acres of private mountain land & over 1/4 mile of river frontage plus 1/2 acre pond, trails, and private shooting range. This cabin is 1-room and completely off grid. It has NO electricity or plumbing/running water, but does have a Porta-John serviced weekly. Renter will be cabin camping so pack accordingly; tents also welcome.

Private: you cannot see another house from the front porch or back decks and it has thick woods all around. At the top of the property are soaring views with 3 miles of visibility. No need to go to the national park.
