The Recording Studio is a converted four-room studio (no gear left ) in the country surrounded by vineyards & forests. The price includes a $10 county tax fee and no costs for housekeeping or other extras. You have access to a Level 2 EV plugin, half bath & kitchenette, shared main kitchen & shared shower. Allergy free space, no pets please. Our place is full of art, Alice in Wonderland magical landscaping, music, horses and creativity. A 56-acre woodland reserve for hiking is down the road.

Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. Also nearby are wineries, hiking trails up a dormant volcano, and California's largest and oldest lake. Our farm is featured in the September 2022 issue of Sunset magazine. Check it out!

Welcome to Seven Arbor Cottage! Enjoy some peace and quiet among the trees while taking in a peek-a-boo view of Clearlake or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub. My two story cottage is nestled in the Black Forest so there's plenty of privacy from neighbors and several interpretative hikes for wandering. Relax on the multi-level deck and stare at the sunrises and starry night skies or chill in the hammock that's surrounded by a bamboo garden.

River House

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
