Located just 5 minutes to Port Franks Sandhill, 10 minutes to Ipperwash Beach, 12 Minutes to the Pinery, 15 minutes to Grand Bend and 10 Minutes to Rock Glen Falls. Located in idyllic downtown Thedford across from the village square and splash pad. Two 18 hole golf courses and two wineries just 5 minutes away. Many restaurants and antique stores right in town. The pool room has a TV, air hockey table, Foosball and basketball game. The fourth bedroom doubles as a board and Video games room/gym and there is a hockey training center on the garage. The fenced backyard has a deck, propane BBQ and seating area, movie screen & projector, trampoline and fire pit (firewood provided). Fun for the whole family!

Included on this farmhouse property is a patio & furniture, picnic table, fire pit, BBQ, and lots of open yard. Guests have full use of the house, including the kitchen, which is fully stocked with glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, and coffee & tea. Beside Exeter Golf Club/The Barn Restaurant. 30 min drive to Grand Bend. 2 min drive to hiking trails, Ironwood Golf Course & Exeter. Local Breweries a short drive any direction. 30 min to London. *$50/extra guest after 4 people

The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.
