Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

At the Hive, we have blended a classic A-frame style with the treehouse feel that our guests love. Our largest cabin so far will sleep four with room for dining and just hanging out. The huge porch wrapped around the trees provides the perfect spot for relaxing with family or friends. Adults-Only (18+): This property is not suitable for children. Guests who book and arrive with children without prior approval will have their reservation canceled without refund in accordance with house rules.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. If you'll be traveling with your horses, the property also has horse lots with loafing sheds and horse arenas - available at an additional cost. Please inquire about pricing and availability. Enjoy a rural setting in the heart of cowboy country. Room to bring a horse and relax in quiet while being able to travel to many amenities surrounding Stephenville, Texas. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.
